Shipping
If your order is a gift, plan ahead to allow enough time for your order to arrive.
When is my order coming to me? It’s just me running my beautiful small business. Depending on your location, it may take one to six weeks for your order to arrive. Make sure to plan ahead.
Ordered stickers? Stickers are sent via snail mail in order to keep the mailing costs down.
Mailing Day: Fridays. You’ll want to place your order before 11:59 pm GMT +11 on Thursdays to ensure your order will be delivered that week. Orders placed after that time will be mailed the next week.
Packaging: I recycle packaging supplies whenever possible.
Address: Please double check that your shipping address is entered correctly. If orders are returned because of incorrect mailing address, there will be additional shipping charges to re-ship your order.
Custom Fees
Sometimes there are additional custom fees. Consumer is responsible for import/custom fees.
Copyright
Copyright remains with the artist Bretta (Butterfly) Watterson and is held under copyright even after purchase.
Who owns the copyright of artwork? Purchase of originals or print products does not transfer reproduction rights.
Who owns the copyright of guides and workbooks? Purchase of any guides or workbooks does not transfer reproduction rights.

Please note that because monitors may be calibrated differently, colors may vary slightly on your screen.
Returns
All sales are final.
I’m so honored that you are interested. At this time I do not create custom designs. If you are interested in an existing piece, please purchase the artwork before tattooing. I appreciate your respect.

(1) Color & ink downloads are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and are for personal, non-commercial use.
(2) All content included in the download, such as graphics, images, text, and illustration is the property of Bretta Butterfly.
(3) Your purchase of the color & ink download does not transfer ownership. Copyright remains with the artist. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or sell the color & ink download. You may not use the color & ink download for any commercial purpose or manner that infringes upon the copyright holder’s rights.
(4) You may share your in progress and finished color & ink page online. When posting any in progress coloring, please place your coloring tool over the uncolored art. When mentioning and/or tagging the artist on social media, please use the name: Bretta Butterfly.
(5) You may print the color & ink download for your own personal use and/or for the personal use of a child under 18 years of age who lives at the same household. You may print at home or at a local print shop on the paper of your choice.
(6) Bretta Butterfly reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
